Due to the perishable nature of our gourmet cupcakes, we are unable to accept physical returns once the product has left our bakery. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can make it right.

    Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement order, a digital gift card for future use, or a partial refund to your original payment method.
