How should I store my cupcakes?

To maintain freshness, we recommend keeping your cupcakes at room temperature in their original box. For best results, consume within 24 hours of purchase. Do not refrigerate as this can dry out the cake.

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Yes, we ship our signature cupcake jars nationwide via overnight delivery to ensure they arrive fresh. Please note that standard frosted cupcakes are currently only available for local pickup or delivery.

Do you have vegan or gluten-free options?

Absolutely! We bake a selection of vegan and gluten-free cupcakes daily. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, please be aware that all our products are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, and nuts.

Can I place a custom order for an event?

We love being part of your celebrations! For custom colors, toppers, or large events like weddings, please place your order at least 72 hours in advance through our catering portal.

What is your return policy?

As our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt with a photo so we can make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Changes requested after this window may not be possible as our bakers have already begun the preparation process.
